Gordon Ramsey did an episode of kitchen nightmare there and gave up on helping them because of how batshit they were. It's not at all like dick's last resort where they are dick as a joke, they are legitimately batshit insane. Also Amy's husband is currently banned from multiple countries in Europe due to various crimes.

It's a US chain, the food is pretty good, service is decent, they just insult you the entire time you're there.
