Oh great, another one of these. I just want Facepunch to think I'm cool. More seriously though, lets take a peek into the life of an entry level employee at a Midwestern corporate owned grocery store. That modestly attractive guy there is me. I work on the front end of Pick n Save in Greenfield, Wisconsin. I've been there for a year and 8 months. My official job is customer service, but realistically I do whatever they want me to. I like describe my job as a job where "I do everything, but I do nothing." 85% of the time I'm outside getting carts. I love this job. Exercise + Music + Money = One content motherfucker. That's right. I walk around, push a few carts here and there and jam out to Decapitated, while getting paid to do it. 10% of the time I'm doing odd jobs. One day I went to work, cleaned a toaster, and went home. After 4 hours that toaster was looking good enough to take on a date, bring back to my place, make out a little on the couch, take home, and never call again. 5% of my job consists of filling in for people who call in sick. I've worked in Dairy, Grocery, Bakery, and Produce. The only departments I have yet to experience are meat and deli, but theres nothing exciting going on there. It's not the best job, but it's a damn good one. If you're looking for an easy, semi-laid back job. Work at a grocery store. Part of me is going to miss it when I quit in August though. But college will definitely pay off in the end. I couldn't see myself working there forever... Ask me anything and well see if I have an answer. Please stop with the "Ask a ______ anything!" threads. The Janitor one was the best.
How does it feel working a really uninteresting job?
Have you ever rode around the store on a cart knocking those pyramids of canned food over?
Where did you get that haircut.
I've seen you before.
Your life just isn't glamorous enough to make one of these threads, you need to be a janitor or something.

If I applied as a sanitation engineer I'm confident I'd get that job. I can work a mop pretty good if you know what I mean.
have you ever slapped your cock across a customers face?
