I really suck at getting the right colour tones for everything, and with this drawing I want to make it look right. What I'm going for is kind of a moody look. But what I'll end up doing is burning and dodging flat colours until I get bored of it and I don't want that. Here's my drawing so far:

I'm using a Wacom tablet and Photoshop CS5.
Looks like a troll zenu. Perhaps a earthly green color for skin with dark shading around the edges, and yellowish teeth with reddish border? Then colorize the cape and ground accordingly?
Before you color, consider redoing the road, it just looks sloppy with squiggles like that.]
Oh, and remember to vectorize, it will only make it look more professional.
