• Studying for my learners license.

Okay I'm studying for my learners license again. I studied last year but didn't pass my test so I'm going to re try it again this year but I'm really nervous about failing it again. The questions aren't really hard it's the fact that I get nervous when I'm taking the test and forget some of the answers. Has anyone got any good study techniques? And has anyone else been in a similar situation? Crap I just realised what forum I posted this on can a mod please move it to the correct forum please.
How is this news
It's easy. Trust me, most people pass the first time. Also, I think you've got the wrong section, mate.
Well reading the forum section is bound to help you greatly.
I failed my first time too, just read the book the night before. Also, why wait a year? Not sure how different it is from state to state, but in Arizona I just had to wait a week to re-test, and the money I paid covered 2 tests if I failed the first time.
How did you fail it last year, and its taken you this long to retake it? You can retake it once every two weeks in the United States.
how do you fail a learners test
This is not news, and holy crap how do you fail a learners test? I passed it my first try on a whim.
how do you fail a learners test
A lot of people fail the first time, when I passed my second time around I could only miss one question in the end (though I could only miss 3 total)

Maybe you are just too stupid.
Depending on what state. In Virginia if you even get one question wrong you fail.
In Maryland if you get two wrong you fail and I didn't miss a single question. The learners test is insanely easy and is filled with completely common sense questions.
a car takes 10x longer to stop when stopping on ice, as apposed to dry road, 1/50
In Maryland if you get two wrong you fail and I didn't miss a single question. The learners test is insanely easy and is filled with completely common sense questions.
The questions are easy, but sometimes the answers are worded weird to throw you off.
A lot of people fail the first time, when I passed my second time around I could only miss one question in the end (though I could only miss 3 total)
That's the same here, if you get more than three questions out of 35 I think it is then you fail.
I failed 3 times, 4th time was the charm. Now all I have to do is go to the DMV, take the test, then take driving lessons :) but expensive,, gonna cost about $300
A lot of people fail the first time, when I passed my second time around I could only miss one question in the end (though I could only miss 3 total)
it's like 20 questions on what to do at a red light
Okay well there is a lot of discussion going on but no one has even given any form of strategy to study well and techniques to remember the questions.
There's no technique because all of the questions are common sense questions. if you really don't have any common sense when it comes to driving all you can do is just read a driving manual and remember it. [editline]06:28PM[/editline] Pretty much everybody I know all just answered the questions with what they thought was right and passed.

And what is the minimum tyre tread depth? This like that doesn't involve common sense but actual knowledge and there are a few other things that I can't remember off the top of my head right now. But do you understand what I actually mean now?
Tyre? Tire?
The tyre from your car tyre=wheel.
Your learner's license (permit) is god damn easy. Just retake the one they have from the site you're doing.
I would go to the DMV website and read the manual. It's relatively short, at least in NY, and there's online quizzes (again, in NY).
Lol. It's common knowledge.
The tyre from your car tyre=wheel.
Who the fuck spells Tire - Tyre? Apparently that's how people in the UK spell it. Never seen you guys spell it that way though.

I passed first time. Then I lost my ls and had to do it again recently. I failed. Twice.
What is a learners license?
