Of course it's serious, the producers thought it would be an awesome idea apparently and it is awesome but in this case it's much like communism. It's a bit better on paper.

Vietnam is East Asia and I wouldn't have known that man was Vietnamese without being told. And also there are plenty of Asians that live outside of east Asia.

Watched this with a friend. Favourite line has to be either the old professor's "They'll have you leaking out of every orifice" about "the feds" or the guy in black with the pony tail's "Will you two lovebirds quite jerking off down there!" Both because they just didn't fit. At all.
