I can write better.
This confuses me.
That was surprisingly really good.
DeStorm rip-off.
So all I need to do to make my life better is to turn off the grey filter
So they were basically like "All the stuff he said at the beginning is just someone who's lacking perspective! Ignore all the problems and you're good :v:!"

Hes saying, stop being pessimist and start being an optimist.
*words words words* Not very exciting.
I liked this one better http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t1MtA5vtVVo
Wow. This is excellent writing. I thought it was just a shitty parody in the beginning with stereotypical sepia, but then it started blowing my mind. Bravo, windows. [editline]17th November 2010[/editline] One good commercial from windows >>> much better than 10 crappy commercials from mac
The writing is clever, I'll give it that. I'm getting pretty tired of all these inspirational, life-changing adverts though.
It's an alright ad but it doesn't make me want to go out and get windows 7 (assuming I don't have it in the first place). Wait, that makes it a failure of an ad.
seams like the ad is telling us that all their past products where failures. ... which means this one will be one to. Im switching to apple. Also double spaced text scrolled across the screen? seems like a 15 minute made movie. Like one of those new Geico ads where they use that online movie maker thing.
A friend informed me of this campaign by AARP from 2007, about the apathy of young teenagers, and turning it on its head. Uh ohhh, familiar campaign strategyyy. :ohdear:
Seen something like this before.
I got goosebumps. I think it's because of the music.
I read the thread title as Minecraft and now i'm disappointed
Microsoft is trying to compete with Apple in being "Revolutionary"
Oh, just give them a store where all of their employees have "wizard" embroidered on their shirts.
And have that employee who always asks questions when you don't need them have Clippy on his shirt
The new Windows live messenger sucks balls
hmm...beautiful.
No, He read the same set of passages twice. Once forward, once backward. Look again. Hes saying, stop being pessimist and start being an optimist.
But everything he said forward is the opposite of what he said backwards. So he's just saying "No, look at it from a positive side! You ARE connected to your friends by our technology! Stop denying it!"
Reminds me of Dimitri Martin's "If I" He wrote a large ass paragraph, and at the Middle said If I... and the second half was all the same letters but in reverse order, still making sense continuing the paragraph
This is probably the third or fourth time I have seen this type of commercial
I see what you did there.
It's not that amazing writing. It's simply: Facepunch is an open forum I agree that everybody is an elitist prick I don't think that it enriches my life And believe that moderators are too harsh I don't think that things have gotten better It is true that Facepunch has changed Every other line is the start of a statement, either agreeing with it or disagreeing, and the other lines are the statements. But the idea is great and I certainly didn't expect that. Also reminded me of braid.
Surprisingly good and I have always thought that those texts, whatever you may call them, are great.
Wow most useless commercial ever. "Windows sucks, but if you look at it this way, it a little better".
