Those proportions look weird. But it isn't ugly in any stretch of imagination, it's actually pretty cute.

That's just rude, the dog may be deformed, but he is not ugly in any way. Yeah, when I hear ugly dog I think more a long the lines of missing teeth, patchy fur, messed up eyes etc., a stereotypical street mutt. This just makes me kinda sad feel bad for him since you can see by his hair he's quite well kept after and its an actual medical problem he has.
