Chicken crosses a road. Police and welfare services get involved

Reminds me of the IOW where I lived. Riot police were called to the island a few years ago to take care of an "out of control" swan who didn't want to return to the river down the road and instead just walked around the highstreet. You couldn't fucking make it up.
