The Thai government have made it their mission to stop women exposing their breasts – every part of them. Just one week after International Women’s Day Thai authorities have announced any women caught taking part in the #underboobing trend could face up to three years in prison and/or fines of up to THB6,000 (£120). The Ministry of Culture in the south-east Asian country have warned women not to expose themselves in what they call a ‘western’ trend, branding the images as obscene.
Read more: Source
Well, not surprising coming from a country where they still routinely lock people up for treason. just imagine; a ministerial body has had a section of it dedicated to following #underboobing
thailand is what happens when you have a monarch and military that so often intervenes in country politics. pretty sad state of affairs for an otherwise prosperous country
Whoever made hashtags a thing should be jailed instead.
Ministry of Culture? What an unoriginal name for an oppressive government department.

You can rid me of education, you can rid me of my ideas, but you will never take underboob from me!
Thailand is a fucking weird place. Its like the number 1 spot for sex tourism in Asia, but like porn and nudity etc. is banned/censored heavily.

Underboob is very important
"There's no need to fear, underboob is here." Dafuq Thailand?
thailand is what happens when you have a monarch and military that so often intervenes in country politics. pretty sad state of affairs for an otherwise prosperous country
From what I understand, the king is largely a figurehead, though there are laws against slandering his name, the military is (now) where the power really rests. It switches back and forth between red shirts and military. The red shirts gain power, the military ousts them and charges them with corruption. The Shinawatras are a brother/sister pair that were prime ministers and generally seen as representing populism more and the Military is represented by the yellow shirts. The Shinawatras were both kicked out by the military, once in 2006 and the other one (yingluck) just last year I believe. Meanwhile, the king is loved by most, including both sides of the conflict. In fact, though it's illegal to criticize the king, he encourages it, but most don't because there's not much to criticize. Meanwhile, however, law is decided on the local level: through bribery. Police will often extort people out of bribes for things that aren't crimes. Likewise, you can easily get out of trouble with enough money. Most thais, from what I understand, care little about national politics; their livelyhood depends more on their own day-to-day lives rather than who's in charge where and when. "Girl"?
Because #peopleoverusehastags #annoying #boring #dumb #stupid #disagree #killthehashtag
I know a guy who posts like 10 hashtags a post for when he works out...or goes out to eat somewhere.

Will sideboob start trending?
Whoever made hashtags a thing should be jailed instead.
"I can't adapt to modern times."
Will sideboob start trending?
I hope so. Underboob is old hat now
I hope so. Underboob is old hat now
I though sideboob was more of a thing Images can be tasteless but the jail and censorship isn't needed.
