(CNN)Ted Cruz will bow out of the Republican presidential race Tuesday following a crushing loss to Donald Trump in Indiana, according to a Cruz campaign source, clearing the path for the real estate mogul to clinch the GOP nomination.
Ted is a mess.
Ted is a waste
Ted is a meme
Goodbye El Rato!
Lyin' Ted? More like dyin' ted.
I didn't think this would actually happen, but there's now a chance that if Clinton wins the primaries, she might lose. Especially given that (possibly biased) poll that showed Trump being more popular than Clinton.
Ted's always been a joke. I don't know anyone who ever took him seriously.
The return of the Zodiac Killer?
Trump 2016 boys
AYO! Cya Rato!
Never thought Kasich would've been the last person to drop out.
coalition with kasich, announcing a VP, then dropping out all in like a week. what a wild ride.

If the Democrat establishment were sure that Hillary would not win the general, they wouldn't be supporting Hillary.
He'll be announcing his Secretary of State tomorrow.
Holy shit!!!
Wait is this real?
WE WANT TRUMP
WE WANT TRUMP
*Airhorn*
Ted Cruz was creepy, awkward, and far too religious in his campaign to win the nomination. He also forgot the golden rule:
[sp]You Can't Stump the Trump[/sp]
Good riddance.
The GOP insiders must be shitting them selves about what they're gonna do now

There's a difference between how favourability you view them and willingness to vote for them. Clinton is the next president.
I'm surprised he made it this far to begin with.
Goes to show just how powerful the Tea Party is.
Damn I was kinda hoping he'd stay on longer because all this drama has been funny shit. Guess it had to end sometime, tho

It probably helps, if Cruz can direct his delegates to vote for Kasich. And Kasich is expected to do better in most upcoming states than he's been doing - which this will only help.
Would be weird as hell for Kasich to clinch it but I'm all for it. He's the least crazy of the Republicans, as far as I could tell.

With his sights set on Hillary now, the drama has only just begun.
He's only 45 years old, so he's probably not gone for good yet. I guess we'll find out in four years.
I can't believe it. Trump said Cruz's dad killed JFK, and then Cruz is defeated and drops out, both in a single day.
What a wild ride.
