Police got a call Oct. 17 from out-of-state about the Facebook video, said Capt. Dennis Marks. The caller thought the fight might have taken place in McMinnville. A woman identified only as Diana said she babysat several of the children because the parents were irresponsible. "For years, they've been on drugs," she said outside the courtroom Monday. A judge hauled the baby-sitter back in court and warned her to cool down after she shouted she hoped the children's parents "rot in jail." Police recognized the location as the parking lot of the Raintree Apartments on NE Lafayette Avenue, he said. They determined that the boys lived in units at 2218 and 2220 NE Lafayette Avenue. Officers served a search warrant at the addresses and found evidence connected to the fight video. They also determined that adult voices on the video were the same as the adults living there, he said. The apartments were filthy, Marks said, with rotten food, dirty dishes, an acrid smell, debris and stained walls. Drug paraphernalia was found in one of the homes. Neither home had enough food to feed children. The children were placed under state custody. Sara Nisenfeld, Michael Chandler, Jamie Garcia, and Christa Williams were indicted by a grand jury. The accusations against them include third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation and second-degree recklessly endangering. I live 30 minutes from there. I've been IN that court room. McMinnville is one of the most disgusting places in Oregon. Meth heads every where, fatties every where, fucked up adults like such as those, everywhere.
