I've just checked ebuyer and I can't see any major price hikes yet, someone buy a load of sticks while they are cheap and ebay them for the new higher price once the prices change?

The flash memory market probably won't change overnight, but expect an increase in a few days/weeks.
Jumped on ebuyer and grabbed myself a 8gb DDR3 as soon as I saw this thread.

Fabricating hardware is a particularly expensive, complicated, and time consuming process though. The amount of capital you need to put behind a new plant and make it profitable is astronomical.
