So apparently the monsters from Pitch Black exist in the deep ocean

I was recently reading about the bloop out of boredom, and ran into a few other sounds related to it.

There might be giant thingies like this lamprey in the ocean, which sucks.
Lets talk about how horrible these thingies might be.
What if someone sticks their dick in to that and that thing chomps on your penis?

It eats it.
The deep ocean contains lots of mysterious and messed up creatures.
we should spend more time into researching the deeper ocean, I'm so stoked on what we could learn from these awesome creatures
Fuck, so much for sleeping. :suicide:
The existence of creatures like these is the reason that we should be creating pokeballs.
I think it was stated somewhere that every time they dive into the deep ocean, they tend to find a new species or something like that.

Because I find my self in that exact circumstance almost daily. Feels quite good.
I hate hagfish and lamprey and all other jawless fish.

Well these sounds are a lot more creepy sounding when you slow them down to their actual speeds, since they are sped up 10x

i don't see the relation
Geothemal vents are such awesome things, like oasises of life in the deep cold ocean
but apperently, they and the area around them is made ot pure metal ores, so the mining companies think it's a good idea to destroy thousands of unique species for a couple of engagement rings and some copper.
I am scared shitless of the ocean and the things in it.
E: All those "mystery sounds" are pretty fucking awesome though. The Bloop, Julia, etc.
That "slowdown" clip sounds like a fucking Godzilla monster.
I'll avoid the ocean from now on I think.
the upsweep file sounds like some alarms and a space age generator
Cthulhu?

The noises.
Yeah, we know more about the surface of the moon than the bottom of our oceans.
Yeah, we know more about the surface of the moon than the bottom of our oceans.
I'd say that's because it's a lot easier to go to the moon than the bottom of an ocean.
and also because the surface of the moon can be studied with like, telescopes and shit.
The bottom of the ocean is a bit bore concealed.
It's also funny because the Earth is more water than land.
Wouldn't be surprised if we found 'alien' life somewhere in the ocean, and my alien life i mean something that has evolved completely differently to anything else on the planet and after watching some of these deep blue videos it looks quite possible!

Well duh.
But don't call it alien life.
not even 'alien'
