So more and more I've been seeing Rap remixes of songs that are just fine by themselves and i was wondering can this even be considered music i mean all the rappers do is take the original song and change the tempo/speed and add some crappy somewhat related rap to it, who would actually listen to this stuff? like seriously.

Danger mouse's mashups with Jay-z and the Beatles were awesome.
Not really a remix, but Hollywood Undead's bastardisation of the Crazy Train riff in Undead killed me a little
