The Yogscast just started a GMod series,this might be bad for the future of Facepunch - General

So uh [media]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NgvnId_R8Ic[/media] What I'm afraid of now is the fact that several thousand 10-year-old Minecraft lovers will hear about GMod for the first time. In equal parts curiosity and "WAAAH THEY'RE PLAYING THIS GAME IT'S AMAZING OH GOD OH GOD TIME TO BUY IT NOW",they will google GMod and in a search for more information will flock to here,the official forums,like a swarm of prepubescent locusts,except instead of eating away all the crops they'll make thousands of terrible threads asking "waht is tis gam wer can i by it XD XD XD XD XD". But it won't stop there,oh no. Soon,some of the prepubescent locusts will start migrating to the other parts of Facepunch. Soon we'll have swarms of terrible pictures in LMAO pics,thousands of Fast Threads videos and a few billion really bad Minecraft let's plays in this very section. This may have a long-term consequence as well(though I could just be exaggerating): To preserve Facepunch's quality,the mods will be banning left and right. Then the prepubescent locusts,returning to their hives,will spread slander about how Facepunch is terrible and they got banned for posting once and they don't like the Yogscast and they're all hackers and it's a forum of paedophiles and and and. Those locusts will then tell their non-locust friends to not go to Facepunch and not buy GMod.Don't forget that there are ALOT of the locusts. Thus,a large amount of people will avoid Facepunch,and at some point some of the locusts might begin raiding facepunch,posting several million meme-filled spam posts,severely messing up the integrity of the site. Now that I look back at all this,it occurs to me that I might be worrying to much about all this :V (also I know another thread is up about the video but I was typing this up before it was posted)

Children join and be dumb will get banhammers. It's not like accounts can resist getting banned. It's one click of a button.

It'd be pretty hard to make Facepunch and Garry's Mod much worse user wise to be totally honest.

At worst there will be a ton more people playing Spacebuild which I honestly don't mind, even if the people playing it are the worst of the Yogscast fans.

I believe it. Seriously, don't get worked up, so what that more people may play Garry's Mod? TF2 has also gone down the same path but the TF2 forums are doing fine. The mods just need to do their job and everything will be alright.
