Any nice Urbex spots in or near the Murrieta / Temecula CA area?

Hey guys, I have a 3 friends that agreed to go Urbex with me. We are not planning on taking any pictures or vandalizing, just exploring. We might get some video if the cops show up or we see something cool. But other than that we are responsible enough to Urbex, and we arn't Cholo-Trash. Anyways are there any good areas around the Murrieta or Temecula, California good for Urbex? I know there are a few spots in Lake Elsinore but that is a bit lengthy for us to drive. Thanks
why don't you actually go "explore" instead of asking for handouts?
