There isn't exactly a mobile incinerator that you can use to melt the entire house down with. So what can be done? Do you just bulldoze it, coat the entire area in gasoline, and light it using napalm?

And here I am living healthy as I can, keeping fit and maintaining good hygiene, and I'm sick all the time.
I watched the whole episode as well and I think they made it clear that the place is 100% uninhabitable unless it's practically or literally restored from the ground up.
