Is this a mashup of a crap ton of successful films?
Is this a mashup of a crap ton of successful films?
A mashup of films based on Stephen King books.
What's the one from at :42? I always pride myself on my knowledge of Stephen King stuff, but I can't think of what that's from.
Are we actually going to have a Stephen King Cinematic Universe?
i'd be ok with that
Are we actually going to have a Stephen King Cinematic Universe?
Stephen King made this a thing in the books before the whole movie universe thing. Knowing someone who read nearly every single King book, The Dark Tower in particular [sp]apparently ties into several other stories from the past King books from Carrie, to IT, to Christine, to The Shining, and several others I might have forgotten. They all fit together in the Dark Tower's finale which if can imagine it the finale of the past stories in a way. Think of it as a novel equivalent of Marvel's expanding comic book universe and how all of their characters from different books tie into the world as a whole.[/sp]
I think it's The Stand
Yep, plus Christine.

The gist of what I remember is that it is essentially the center of every single possibility and the reason the destruction of the beams was so dangerous was due to the fact that if the Tower itself collapses, every single world ceases to exist. [/sp]
Would be funny if King cameos in all of the adaptations.
[sp]He plays a major part in the Dark Tower series.[/sp]
