In your Vector his mouth looks closed, but in the pic its open. You need to add some highlights. (Light) Where are the Eyebrows? What's with the Ears?

It just looks like you ran it with a cutout filter is Photoshop. All the goddamn edges are flat.

use a better picture. Even in the actual picture It's hard to tell that's him.
