So, just 2 hours ago, I was sleeping. I heard my mum shouting for me and I was like so tired and I didn't bothered to look where I was walking. I sat up on my bed and starting walking towards the door (it was dark because it was around 7.45PM) and I experienced cramp on my left leg as when I slept my body was pressuring my left leg.
Suddenly, my left leg went out of control. I felt there was no strength in my left leg and I suddenly fell to my left. And "crak!". I didn't know I sprained my leg. I thought it was nothing, just a minor fall. I felt the excruciating pain and I decided to go back to sleep. I wobbled back to my bed slowly and fell asleep, ignoring the pain.
20 minutes later my mum came up and asked me to go down for dinner. I told her about the scenario that happened awhile ago and she took a look at my leg and she had the SHOCK impression. My whole foot was swollen. She applied medicated oil for me and the swell became bigger (it's supposed to happen). After that she sprayed some ice shit on my leg and wrapped a cast on for me.
So boys and girls, moral of the story, exercise more so you won't experience fucking cramps that led to spraining of your foot.
TL;DR: Sprained my foot and it's swollen as half of a apple.
Holy crap, I hope that never happens to me. Thank god I started working out.
Sorry for your leg though.
Yeah this normally happens to fat people.

I'm not fat, I'm 52kg and I'm 170cm, and I have a BMI of 17.5.

Why would you want to go to some faggy school parade? Stay home and chill with us on facepunch and have punch and pie while playing video games.

What the fuck? That's so weird.
Reminds me of me a few days ago, lifting non heavy joists through a window and all of a sudden my left leg gave way and it blew up like a balloon. Went to the hospital the day later to find out I "trashed" both cartilage in my left leg. Then they stuck a massive needle in my knee and sucked out all of the blood.
All because I lifted a piece of timber which wasn't heavy through a window.
Hope you get better soon ;).
What kind of ice shit
If I get cramps in my legs I won't move, I'd wait for it to stop hurting. :v:
(bad memories)
I sprained my ankle standing up when my foot had fallen asleep. It was sideways and I put my whole weight on it.

yet I've never had a leg cramp in my life
:saddowns:
It gets dark around 19:45 where you are? Here in London UK it isn't dark until 9:30ish.

Down here in Sussex it starts getting dark at about eight. :D
Same thing happens to me. I get up and my legs are asleep so I don't realize how much pressure is going on the.
One time I fell when I got up from the shitter.
I had a similar thing happen recently. I was in bed, alone in the house, the phone started ringing. I got up to go and get it, and it felt like I had no left leg. At all. Went straight over, got a carpet burn on my knee, but that's all.
I didn't enjoy the feeling of missing a leg.
My arm is getting cramped
FFUUUU i need a D: emote
