I'll presume you're a member of one of those silly little stick figure animation communities like Fluidanims or something. I'll tell you what I tell everyone, work on basic movements like walk cycles and stuff, if you can nail those, then you're well on your way to getting better. But nevertheless, they're fairly good for a beginner, and they're better than most stuff you see coming out of the stick figure community these days.

It's pretty good for a beginner, but you should work on more fluid movements, and anticipation.
