Looks alright, and there's no way it could be worse the Dragon Age 2
I don't understand why they were fighting Darkspawn, they don't have anything to do with the Fade and they aren't exactly in any shape to try invading again. Plus it's possible for the Darkspawn to have a kind of alliance with the Grey Wardens since the events of Awakening.
Still looks cool though, shit pouring in through a hole in the Veil and the war between the Chantry and the Circle, very chaotic. Nice to see Varrick is in the game, he was the only character from DA2 who matched up with the originals.
The guy at 1:13. Can anyone recognize the voice actor because his voice is awfully familiar.
Looks quite nice. A lot of time between here and October for them to crisp things up.

That's Varric from Dragon Age 2. He's voiced by Brian Bloom.

That's what official "gameplay" trailers are these days. Maybe 5 seconds of gameplay, rest cutscenes, most of them pre-rendered too.

This is far more accurate than it should be. Honestly, the only thing that kept me going through the game was Varric, Aveline, and that cool Qunari plot. Everything else was just unmemorable.

I thought they were going for a more tactical approach than DA2, like DA:O had. Whatever parts of that "gameplay" trailer that looked like gameplay had an over the shoulder action look to it, not tactics.
