Cohen has hired Washington, D.C., attorney Stephen M. Ryan, according to NBC's Katy Tur. A source told Tur that Cohen will testify before the House Intelligence Committee on Sept. 5, adding that the testimony was delayed due to "scheduling and logistics." Tur also reported that Michael Caputo, a communications adviser brought on board the Trump campaign by Paul Manafort, has been contacted by the FBI. Caputo has also hired his own attorney — former New York state Attorney General Dennis Vacco.
Why does Trump's lawyer need a lawyer?
Why does Trump's lawyer need a lawyer?
Because they're all fucking guilty. Muller's dream team has an expert on money laundering.
Why does Trump's lawyer need a lawyer?
We don't know what Mueller knows, but the Steele dossier implicated Cohen in the whole affair, alleging that he secretly met with Russian officials in Prague last summer https://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2017/01/michael-cohen-it-is-fake-news-meant-to-malign-mr-trump/512762/
I guess we'll find out how many lawyers it takes for a sleazeball to beat treason and collusion charges.

Attorneys are notoriously risk averse and so this isn't terribly surprising. But what I can say with certainty is that any attorney who hires counsel with respect to one of their own clients is not a happy camper because typically that would imply either a dispute with their client, or illegal conduct for their client potentially worthy of being disbarred. Either is bad.
if trump hires all the lawyers then there won't be any to prosecute him checkmate again liberals
Recursive representation.

Would it be possible for lawyer two to hire a third lawyer, who is in turn represented by the first lawyer? They could form a Lawyer Triumvirate, guaranteeing one of the other two will always have their backs.
