Looks interesting though the Dirt texture doesn't repeat as well as everything else so it's kind of jarring. Will definitely check this out when it comes out though!

That may be because the texture is designed in an attempt to give the illusion of a 3-D block effect, and to further differentiate it from the other materials in the game (rock, brick, metal, wood, dirt). Every time you play/refresh a level, the texture and shadows are randomly generated (along with the grass and rock textures as well) so every play through should feel more unique in a sense.
