The holy grail
oh shit finally
[editline]22nd January 2013[/editline]
Oh god this is brilliant
it's bleeped
why
I never thought this would be released....ever....
I never thought this would come out, pity it is censored.
I think it was made censored. I expected something more hardcore than this, that wasn't really too bad.

if this is the reason i wouldn't mind but if AS deliberately censored it fuck em
Fuck my childhood! Remove the censors!
I watched it and was disappointed. The only reason I was excited to watch this was to hear them swear.
Don't even think it was the same voice actors.

It is, you're just not used to hearing them say "new" things. Same was for me with every iteration of the TF2 "Meet The" videos, it always sounded weird.
I'm just happy it's real.
It's amazing.
It's nostalgia and comedy at the same time.
Help I want dexter back again ;3;
I still liked it, despite the bleeping.
REALLY wish it gets released uncensored, though. :I
That was awesome :D.
I wasn't really looking forward to this and I think all the hype over everything AS does is silly but it was actually a really good episode and was nice to watch, wish it was a bit longer; actually made me smile and laugh quite a few times, I miss old cartoon styles.

You only wanted to watch it because you thought it would be foul and edgy?
I was really expecting the episode to be uncensored, It kinda spoiled the episode for me.
I thought the whole point of this episode was to hear these characters swear.
Oh shit amazing
I looked forward to this because it's a Dexter's Lab episode that I haven't seen. A classic, might I add. Could care less for the violence.
People were making it to be much worse than it actually is.
I'm not dissapointed.
Might've been a bit underwhelming, but the very end was totally fucking worth it.
I've waited ~10 years
haha that was surprisingly good
I don't get why people get annoyed and just wanted to hear the swearing.
Wasn't the point of it all to get an previously Unaired episode that was pulled because of mature themes?
Of course it didn't divert too far from the norm, it's a kids show that really had a formula present.
You don't just go all in with something like that, especially considering having it fully animated like this.
In my opinion, it's pretty amazing it even exists.

AFAIK it was never intended to air, it was just an internal joke episode
There probably is no uncensored version. The censoring is the gimmick, they made it like this. Do you honestly think they'd make an episode of a children's show with actual swearing in it?
- LOST CARTOON? Would you believe that there's a missing episode of the Cartoon Network's hit cartoon "Dexter's Laboratory?"
Well, not exactly lost - but sort of hidden. Because it's sort of inappropriate for the channel's young view-ers.
"Dexter's trying to get the rudeness out of Dee Dee and so he creates the rude removal system," said animator Genndy Tartakovsky in describing the episode. "But they kind of get stuck in it together, and they create clones of themselves, which are rude. And we had them swear, but we had beeps over the swearing. So I think that's one that you can only catch at some festivals and stuff. But not on the air."
Well, probably not.
"I still think it's very funny," said Linda Semansky, vice president of original programs for the Cartoon Network. "It probably would air better late at night."
it's meant to be bleeped
though, now i want hd dexter's laboratory on blu-ray...

I said this in the other thread and people thought I was nuts for thinking this. It's the same logic with the Spongebob episode where they learn the cursewords off the garbage bin and get censored by random sounds.
I love Dexter's Lab. Used to be my favorite show when I was younger.
So I guess that Dee dee "Skull fucking douchebag" line was false? I didn't hear it anywhere in the video...
