Looking for creative heads: Artists, Photographers, Musicians, etc.

I decided to post here because I didnt want to make 3 threads in 3 seperate sections because that seems pretty spammy. Hopefully the people that visit the Creationism Sections also come here to GD.

So a while ago, a friend invited me into a project thats being organized by António Cerveira Pinto from Portugal. A bit more about him if youre curious:

From what you read, he does sound like a big name in this industry doesn't he? So what is this project then, that I'm talking about? It's simply a small 1-day private gallery that he's oppening, and he's looking for young promising artists to expose their work in these galleries. The visitors would only be able to get in through invite and that would mean some collectors and other important names. In these private galleries you might get to know a few other people that might be helpful in the future, or you might even make some money if someone buys your crap.
But firstly you'll be featured in the facebook page, blog, tumblr, and only later will we gather the best of the best

As you can see, the bar is set up quite high and it can be a little intimidating, but Ive seen some people in here that I might be interested in.

Yeah I did but it wasnt anything that good so I never got around to post it here. Didnt have a scanner so I couldnt draw what I wanted.

And the project thing is kind of weird, because I dont even know how this works exactly myself. My friend who has been keeping in contact with the man has just passed me some info a while ago. So apparently all I have to do is to collect a list of people that I think have some really good, original works, and then bring them to the other people and discuss, post it on facebook/tumblr etc.

Then comes the gallery thing but Im not sure how that goes yet, all I know is that its going to be private, in a random appartment and going to last for a day or 2.

I doubt anyone is just gonna send their artworks to this guy... I'm ok with being featured on facebook/ tumblr and shit but I wouldn't do a gallery unless i actually attend it myself lol

Yeah I guess I wouldn't too. Ill update you later on if youre interested, but its cool if youre featured in Facebook, always gets a bit more attention.

What does the guy actually want? Seems like it would be a pretty disjointed exhibition if the criteria are just "good" and "original"

I guess we end up with a bunch of people and just select what makes more sense. They just told me "Put whatever you think is good in Facebook, find new people and write something about them to present to me"

As for music it will be a special single/album that will be made in a golden vinyl and it will only be available to be listened in the exhibition through dre beats
