Cant play shared game two accounts own because ones in game

So, I'm trying to play Killing Floor 2, but my problem is that one of the accounts that I'm family sharing with is in-game. The other account that I'm family sharing with isnt. Is there a way to set the mount order of accounts so it only uses a certain account first, then falls back to other ones?
No you can only have one session open per ownership whomever gets to the game first gets to play it.

then tell the person you're family sharing that you wanna play
you are in the same household, right?
family sharing is limited because it's not intended to be the friends share games and don't have to buy everything
Pretty sure he is family sharing with two accounts that own the game and he can't play when one of them is playing even though there should be two copies available.

except that's not how the licenses for family sharing work
doesn't matter how many copies exist in a shared setup, only one account is allowed to use the library
You can get around this if one person is playing a single player or offline game. For example, if you're trying to play Killing Floor 2 (an online game) and the other person is playing something like Fallout 4 or Skyrim (single player games), the other person can sign into Steam in offline mode. This let's both parties play their games without one being kicked out.
My brother and I have alternated between who is the person playing online and we haven't had any issues.
If you're trying to get two accounts to play the same game, you're out of luck.
There is a tool I used once, because of that very same reason. For me it did not work, but maybe it will work for you. Use it at your own risk.
With this tool you can change which account you receive family sharing from is prioritized.
