I don't get it, will there have to be like a popup every time I get a tracker cookie asking me if it's OK to track me?
I can't see the use in this for cookies used by the site you are visiting, and related domains (e.g. content servers owned by the same company). After all, such information is inherent to visiting a site. However, it makes sense for cross-site cookies used to track an individual's behaviors across the net.

This is really gonna be enforcable isn't it. Wait, no it's not because our law cannot stretch beyond our country, same with the EU laws which means websites not in the UK or Europe don't have to abide to this.
