[quote]If you love the insanely twisted Danganronpa games, you're in luck! A new entry is currently in development. Today I had the pleasure of sitting down and interviewing Danganronpa writer Kazutaka Kodaka via a translator. Kodaka confirmed that Spike Chunsoft is at work on a new entry, but it's still in the very early stages. While Kodaka couldn't reveal much, he did say the one thing that won't change is "that idea of surprising players, keeping them really on their toes and wondering what happens next." I asked if we can expect more Monokuma in the next entry, and Kodaka said that he wants to put Monokuma in, but he can't say whether he will or not. Kodaka also had an interesting answer when I asked him where Danganronpa 3 would take place in the timeline. "I can't really say a lot, but the reason for that is it's not really decided yet," Kodaka said. "This [could happen] before [the first game], it could take place in entirely different world. What I do know for sure is that when it is an announcement, it's not going to be just a usual Danganronpa announcement. It's going to be something that's going to shock fans and make them think, 'whoa, what's going on?'." Stay tuned! We'll have more on our interview with Kodaka soon. They will eventually run out of ideas for the students and start getting weird or ridiculous titles like: Garry Newman: Super Highschool Level Facepuncher
I really enjoyed playing through the first two games because of the twist . I liked the fact that anyone could turn out to be the killer
One part of me wants it to be the Danganronpa Novel which takes place before the main game, and the other half of me wants it to be set after Danganronpa 2.
Oh yes, first Danganronpa AE being released in the west and now this! Now all that's left is official word on the development of Zero Escape 3...

Great news, I loved 1, and 2 was a pretty amazing surprise of a game. Not sure where they could take this though.

It's a shame.
That was said in a spinoff DR trailer months ago already. Still stoked for it though
Would love to play these games, but I don't want to buy a PS Vita for it. I assume 3DS versions are unlikely?

Old news man. Besides I'm still crying over BOTH my waifus dying... T-T
god I hope they don't make [sp]Junko[/sp] the villain AGAIN I know the dr2 ending was pretty conclusive there but so was the dr1 ending and they still brought them back
