I'm doing a Spanish project for, well, Spanish class. It has to be a band from Argentina as it is the country I choose. I don't really care for Spanish or South America so this is gonna be hard to pull this off because I won't give a shit about what I'm playing. I have found one band. I figured hey, might as well look for Metal bands from Argentina and I found these guys. They're ok. I doubt I'd listen to them otherwise, nothing special about them. But it's better than all the shitty Tango or whatever the hell it is they like bands. Anyway, I'm probably gonna just take the main riff and add some of my stuff over it. But we might need a singer and thats gonna be a bitch. Anyway, would someone be kind enough to help me tab some of this shit out? It'd be much appreciated. Or give me other project ideas besides music. Also, what scales would sound Spanish-ish sounding? Like that Classical guitar Mexican sounding stuff. I might add in clean parts.
Dude! You can't spell Argentina + Metal without Rata Blanca! As for scales, here's one that's commonly used in Flamenco music. It's even been dubbed "The Spanish Scale". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phrygian_dominant_scale Keep in mind though, that Argentina is famous for Tango, rather than Flamenco. They are quite different. As for tabs.. I can help you out, but please specify more what you want help with. Just dumping two long songs asking for "help with some of this shit" is a bit vague. :3:
