Composition is spot on, contrast is great, but a little more post-processing would make them pop.
The problem is that you live in the eastern united states.

Nice pictures btw. I really like them. They need SOME post processing. But don't over do the post processing.
What camera do you use?
A nikon d7000. I like it a lot. I've got a good bit of lenses for it now.
Oooo I wish [B]I[/B] had a D7000. :(
