Ron Paul, a former Republican from Texas, fears the U.S. government would try to kill Edward Snowden, who leaked classified information about the National Security Administration's surveillance program, which the government says is necessary to foil terrorist attacks on Americans.
In an interview with Fox Business News, Paul said that the 29-year-old might be killed by the government for exposing the truth.
“I’m worried about somebody in our government might kill him with a cruise missile or a drone missile,” Paul told Fox News.
What a senile old man. Why would the US even try using a missile on him?
IF ANYTHING, I'm sure it would something way more subtle than a freaking government missile
If this actually goes through, then for the first time we will actually have cause to use those stupid "WE WERE WARNED" images with Ron Paul.
If he didn't out himself to the public then yeah, maybe.
Because China would be totally OK with predator drones flying over Hong Kong.
Saying a drone strike will kill him is already ridiculous, but a freaking cruise missile?
Fuck off Ron Paul. The US isnt that extreme to waste a missile on one person

Umm... they kinda do that for 1 terrorist as well

Because getting a drone or a cruise missile to kill the traitor that everybody everywhere is looking for is easy and feasible.
And it would be subtle.
Snowden should've stockpiled gold to throw off the NWO's drone tracking devices. His mistake will cost him his life.

Well he is a traitor so there's that. There are a lot of people killed by drone strikes for less, mostly collateral.

I don't think it would be easy for the US government to kill somebody with a cruise missile and then survive the political and diplomatic fallout.
Especially if he is hiding in a foreign country.
Fuck off Ron Paul. The US isnt that extreme to waste a missile on one person
Oh you're so naive.
Fuck off Ron Paul. The US isnt that extreme to waste a missile on one person
The US kinda invaded a country for 1 person and used a lot more than one missile, so yeah, it's possible.
Fuck off Ron Paul. The US isnt that extreme to waste a missile on one person
They kinda are.
A drone strike in the middle of Hong Kong. Get real. The US government isn't that damn stupid to launch a hellfire missile in the middle of a super densely populated area.
Considering all the attention the whistleblower is getting I doubt a Drone Strike in Hong Kong will work out well. They might kill him but they have no reason to, since throwing him in prison works just as well and won't cause as much fallout.
If anything he'll be shot in a bathroom of a motel and burnt in a furnace by CIA agents.
If America was so keen on drone striking one of the densest populations on earth then why isn't Assange dead? I've said it before and I'll say again, seeing how America has never really gone around pulling off Politkovskayas on people, why would they start now?
The next Battlefield game pits US forces against China.
One of the DLC's is called Drone Strike
Guys, what if this is a really elaborate Battlefield 4 ARG set up the week before E3?

Even Obama thinks Battlefield is better than Call of Duty.
warn americans of the privacy breach done by its own hovernment, be publicly branded a traitor and a target to a drone missile by the same goverment. WOW.
Do they even realize how ridiculous this all is? They keep fucking up worser and worser.
If Edward Snowden dies people will instantly suspect the U.S. Goverment.
The United States government has done some pretty shifty things with drone strikes in the past. In 2011, a 16 year old boy was killed while eating at an outdoor restaurant in Yemen simply because he was the son of a known terrorist. (who, also an American citizen, was killed by a drone strike a week earlier)
However, it seems unlikely in this situation because the US wouldn't want to risk angering China or Hong Kong.

The "hurr drone strike" drivel is absolutely ridiculous; not even the most moronic member of the US military or government would use a drone strike on one of the largest, most densely-populated cities in the entire world just to take out one bloke, when a bullet would do the job much better.
If he dies, he'll probably become a martyr of sorts.

Is that a problem for you? Having cameras in your toilet and mics everywhere seems bad bro. That's the next step here.

The government are in bed with Microsoft.
Usually they only use drones on brown people. Since he's white I think they'll have to be more careful on this one...
Fuck off Ron Paul. The US isnt that extreme to waste a missile on one person
You wasted a war thats going on for 10+ years plus thousands of civilian lives on one man.

I don't think population density is the main issue with shooting missiles at Hong Kong :v:
When Ron Paul says a missile I think he's just exaggerating or giving examples or whatever, what really matters here is the killing intent I believe.
