This still doesn't get past the limitation of touchscreen keyboards. They have no tactile feedback. I can sort of see this being an improvement on extremely small screens, but on larger screens, it's just adding more and more presses that you need to do in order to get a single character, and considering how accurate most touchscreens are, that's just asking for errors galore.
Looks shit to be honest, that like 1 second fade in animation needs to go, the letters need to be accessible as soon as you place you fingers on the dots
Looks rather difficult to learn quickly, and I'm not entirely sure why all keys are visible right off the bat.
I hope this doesn't become the new way of typing...
It looks rather cool actually, i'd like to try it out.
I'll stick with SwiftKey.
I think I could have typed that sentence 10 times before he typed it once
Looks good, but I'm way too used to my traditional keyboards. And that delay when the grid appears / disappears would drive me crazy.
I wish they'd stop trying to reinvent the wheel when it comes to keyboards.
qwerty keyboards are all I need thank you very much
I prefer Swype.
What's wrong with his voice though?
I typed when he was halfway done with his sentence, and I still made it to the period before him. I'll pass.
the only reason this would be cool is if you mastered it so it would look like you were very savvy with a futuristic keyboard. I think the keypad in steam's big picture mode is more creative.
I like the idea of a wheel based keyboard, but it introduces something that seems counter intuitive; more keystrokes.
That's a whopping 2 times to press a single key on a screen that has the real estate to house a full QWERTY keyboard. no thanks.
It looks complicated to learn, and I'd just stick with using a QWERTY keyboard and autocorrect (no matter how many times that fucker has made a conversation awkward)
It looks like it takes up almost the same space as a regular keyboard, and since the letters are in the same layout, the only difference is a slower form factor.
You gotta admit though it looks like some straight up sci-fi shit
You gotta admit though it looks like some straight up sci-fi shit
It looks like what the Covenant type with in Halo. Look at me I'm a huge nerd who leaps at any chance to make weird references. ~
It looks cool but homerow keys are slow as fuck for typing. The whole reason why that style was created was to slow down typists using typewriters because typing too quickly would cause the typewriter to jam. I prefer swype anyways.
I think I could have typed that sentence 10 times before he typed it once
Even with a QWERTY keyboard, which apparently were made to slow down your typing.
Looks awkward as fuck to use.
The general keyboard layout as we know it is fine, but QWERTY could be better.
