that was a decent overview, looks like next week will be matrix transforms
Wow the way he speaks and looks at the camera is really fucking annoying.
Wow the way he speaks and looks at the camera is really fucking annoying.
Dr. Grime is a funny fucker to listen to though. Numberphile is one of those utube channels that have kept me up at night sometimes, when on a binge.. [editline]30th November 2013[/editline] No wait this is Computerphile
Dat inefficient mesh on the cylinder.

So the entire universe is made up of triangles? AKA polgyons?!?! Open your eyes sheeple, the Matrix is real and we're living in it

(Not the universe being made up of triangles) Do perfect curves exist?
I thought this was just the most efficient method for calculation surface area or something. (Not the universe being made up of triangles) Do perfect curves exist?
I think mathematicians just tell you there is no perfect curve because all curves can be measured in triangles.
I think mathematicians just tell you there is no perfect curve because all curves can be measured in triangles.
They can be approximated. The rational numbers being countable does not mean that you can count all of the rational numbers. What I'm meaning:The concepts include that a curve that can be approximated by triangles can be perfect too.
you mean this entire time ive been watching numberphile, theres also been a computerphile? wtf yay
you mean this entire time ive been watching numberphile, theres also been a computerphile? wtf yay
There are a bunch of channels created by Brady Haran http://periodicvideos.blogspot.co.uk/2012/06/here-are-my-channels.html
