First trick he distracts you with his right hand and quickly stashes half the deck in his left hand. That's all I figured out.

I love watching magic tricks. It's really just incredible preperation, and determination and ingenuity in action. It's a really under respected form of entertainment.

Even if the tricks are well known, it's pretty impressive to have the concentration and dexterity alone to pull it off while putting on a good smooth show.

i love the pen up the nose and out the mouth one, it's such a simple trick but if you can do it really well it looks incredible

Yeah these are all some of the oldest tricks around, he just does them with a certain flair. Although his flair isn't even that interesting. He's really fucking talented but there's also a lot of other really fucking talented magicians out there. It's a rare person who is truly exceptional.
