• Story Time - Fresh makes fools of many Weaboos

Been a while since I made one of these, mainly because I needed something that would qualify as good material for a story, especially for the imaginary Facepunch standards I made up. Written in First Person from now on, btw, so you don't need to mentally adjust yourself from the things you're used to reading in GD. Anyway. Like most of the people here, I go to high school, and one of my classes is advanced Spanish. We had recently listened to a song to discuss the difference between the Spanish accents spoken in Spain and the ones in Latin America. Here's the song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n_HQvGp0njo&feature=related And after we'd heard it the second time over, I couldn't help but notice a similarity between the style of music played in the song and the slower songs played in the popular (?) anime Gravitation, a show a girl whom I very much loathe with mutual passion forced me to watch a long time ago. If you aren't familiar with the show, it's about gay romance between a boy in a rock band and a writer, and every episode features at least one song by the rock band. Knowing this girl to not only be an overly huge fan of this show, but also completely illiterate in the Japanese she tries to speak, I decided to get some payback on her for rubbing her emotions onto me when I couldn't have given less of a shit. See, what i did is I went onto her annoying Naruto RP site, went onto my backup spy account given that the original was deleted, and sent her the MP3 of the song with the MP3 file name changed from "La_Ley_Mundo_Ideal_MP3" to "Gravitation - deleted song_04". Needless to say, she sent me horribly pronounced responses filled with much desu and kawaii and bs showing her apprecation. This was only the beginning. You see, this girl is very inconsiderate and rude towards all who surround her in the hallways, often yelling very loudly to the person next to her about the music pumped so loud it makes it nescessary to yell. Knowing the fact that she does this, I simply casually walked by, trying to not draw attention to myself given the fact that she and everybody around her hates me, and sure enough, I heard her trying to speak Spanish, with her thinking it was Japanese. I knew I had to take this further. I have a buddy, Dan, who is from Japan. Now, Dan hates weaboos, as they often ask him for translations to BS and questions about his homeland, so he agreed to help me take this joke further. Dan walked by the crowd of weaboos listening to the Spanish music and translated it for them into something about love when the song is actually about creating a perfect world. It was not long after that somebody from my Spanish class came by and loudly anounced that she hated the song and told them to shut it off. When they refused, she asked them if they even knew what the song was about. When they explained it was love, she said it was peace, and that the song wasn't even japanese. Their jaws hung slack. They shut the music off, and I gave Dan props for being so awesome in helping me. It just goes to show you - Don't listen to supposedly Japanese music if you don't know what it is. Also that the Weaboos that go to my school are gullible and have many prospects for future stories.
They can't tell the difference between Spanish and Japanese? lol, I bet they think they speak American.

how the fuck do you mix japanese up with spanish WHERE THE HELL DO YOU LIVE
animes
That doesn't sound Japanese at all. Though I do take Spanish II in high school, and I watch some anime, so I know what the languages sound like. Also, while I have almost no knowledge in the Japanese language, I know that "miru" and "mirar" are the Japanese and Spanish words for "to see" and also "pan" are both the same words for bread in each language, but that's unrelated. Both languages sound alike in a way, I think they both share the same vowel pronunciation but should be easily distinguishable if you have heard enough of at least one of the languages.
The weaboos in my school all where black anime shirts with fishnet glove-type shit and long purple and black stripped skinny jeans so it's easy to tell them apart from normal people.
Banime 2010.
I proudly live in a Weaboo-Free zone.
this is definitely japanese what are you talking about ^?^
I don't see how it's even possible for someone to be that ignorant of the accent of a country they pretty much worship.
that sounds more mexican than spanish
OMG song so kawaii desu ne~! d(^_^)b I mean, that song doesn't sound like Japanese. I thought people who'd watch anime would know the difference between that and an over expressed tone of words.
How does one confuse Japanese for Spanish? Stupid cunt doesn't know shit about the country she so lovingly worships on her knees without knowing actual shit about it.
What makes it worse is that she's in Spanish class, and she couldn't pick up on the clearly distinctive Spanish words in the song. edit: Advanced Spanish.
Sounds like some people need face time with mr. fist until they get some sense.
How did she not pick up the fact that "L"s were being pronounced correctly?
I'm really glad my brother isn't this big of a weaboo.
