Children's Soldier Halloween Costume - General

Anyone's kid wearing an [url=http://predatorbdu.blogspot.com/2010/10/childrens-army-halloween-costumes.html]Army Combat Uniform[/url] this year? What is the most popular costume for 2010?

I wear the ACU on a weekly basis. The boots aren't all bad and the uniform is quite comfy but hot

Should've been in Multicam imho UCP/ACU (ACU is more of the cut, im talking about the camo) pattern doesn't work well at all. Utmost respect to anyone wearing it in the services, I just think the camouflage testing was biased towards desert environments when it's supposed to be universal.

A soldier's ability to stay concealed is largely dependent on his personal skill, not on some petty two-dimensional earth-tone pattern that's sprawled over his fatigues. You also have to take into consideration all the other gear he'd be carrying over his body; it takes up a good part of the pattern as well. If the soldier in question is wearing an ACU, he can just roll around in the dirt to adopt a proper hue, as well as also apply pre-existing foliage to his person. There isn't a definite all-terrain camo, but a gray and tan mixture is still fairly 'universal.'

ACU, MARPAT, and Multicam can suck a dick. The Airman Battle Uniform is where shit is at. [img]http://img100.imageshack.us/img100/249/usafairmanbattleuniform.jpg[/img] Tiger stripes are the most badass camouflage pattern since tiger skins.

The Air Force is adopting a [url='http://www.predatorbdu.com/categories/MultiCam-Clothing/"]Multicam Uniform[/url] soon in Afghanistan as it stands up as a better Camouflage in different terrains. I have a child and I love FacePunch!

And what exactly are you supposed to blend in to with the ABU? I mean at least with the ACU you got rock quarries and couches.
