Maybe he can't hear himself talk because he's wearing headphones, or it's muffled, so he speaks loud so he can hear himself (though it's not much of an excuse to scream your opinion out, I sometimes raise my voice when I wear headphones because I feel weird when I can't hear myself talking at a normal level (sometimes I breathe really loud because not being able to hear myself breathe creeps me out))
But ontopic, MW2 is poorly designed, I've never seen a game where camping is this bad - virtually everyone does it, as my brother puts it "I'm camping so I don't get killed by the campers" and now MW2 has descended in to this frame of mind - if you don't camp, someone who is camping will kill you.

People seem to make a big deal out of problems MW2 has as if it was real life or or something they were forced to do. They could just play a different game instead of keep playing a game they hate.
