Which one do you enjoy the most? I only listed manly exercises
The pumped feeling in your chest after a set is something I enjoy most. I will go with bench press here.
I'm torn between squats and dead lifts. love em both
I want to pick dead lift and bench press, shit ill have to go with dead lifts.

pull-ups because i only used to be able to do 3, now i do weighted sets of 8, feels good man and then squats and then bench press
Yeah seriously, manly exercises and no OHP/MP? Bench press is for weak bitches who want to feel strong, literally most scrub tier measure of strength

my most fav is lat pulldown favourite on that list is pull up
Dumbbell shoulder presses. But from that list I would say pull ups.

Yeah I'm the only one who's going with bent rows. :( I understand why people don't do them, though. You really can fuck up your back and form's very important. I honestly couldn't really tell you why, maybe it's because strong shoulders are good for lacrosse players. I do basically all of these exercises, but I also really like dumbbell flys. I also prefer them over bench pressing. Yell at me if you want but I think they do a better job building mass and strength in some aspects of your pecs. Plus, good for lacrosse. But still it's probably best to do both.
my real favorite is the Incline Dumbbell Press so i just selected Bench Press on the list
I like the one with the shoulder thingy that goes up.
The big three, bench, squat and dead lift. Cleans and sprints are up there.
