Kid at my school beaten to death - Polidicks

"This is horrendous and certainly senseless," Thornton Police spokesman Matt Barnes told FOX31 News. Police don't know why Bozonier was walking at the early hour or why he was targeted. "We've heard from some of the neighbors that they thought this was gang related. We haven't established a motive at this time, we aren't ruling anything out," Barnes said. But Antoinette Bozonier, the victim's sister, said gangs were not the issue. "He wasn't involved in gangs or sports or anything," Bozonier said. "He liked drawing and he liked to read. He don't have a chance with his life, he was robbed of his life, he won't be here no more with us." Thornton Police say they were first called to the 2000 block of Dichter Court earlier in the evening on reports of an out of control party. Police are now looking for any witnesses from the evening, looking to see if the party and the fight are connected. "We know there are a lot of people at this party that have not come forward," Barnes said. Bozonier's family is also working on a reward for information leading to any arrests. The suspect in this case is described only as a Hispanic male, 17-23 years of age. The suspect vehicle is described as a light-colored four-door sedan with a dark-colored front end. I had seen him a couple of times and didn't really know him, but this is still pretty nerving for me, especially since he went to my school. It was most likely a gang related thing, as he was beaten by 4 or 5 other people, according to my principal. Now because of this, my school has become stricter and more cautious, especially when people are allowed to go off campus. Oh, and he was outside that early because he was walking home from a friend's house.

That's fucking sickening, ran over then beaten. It had to be personal.

Yeah, probably gang related. Last year there was a kid who went to my school who, due to his gang affiliations, was targeted and shot in the leg by a rival gang. He survived, only to be fatally stabbed to death during a "fight club" event not even a week later, which is pretty much an all-out streetfight.
