This first episode is a bit bare-bones but I'll try to expand on my ideas
A 30 second intro for a 3 minute video is a bit overkill tbh
Music too loud
I actully really like this idea but theres a lot of problems: 1. like Xieneus said the intro is too long and a bit overkill for a 3:20 minute video, for Youtube the shorter the intro the better, aim for something within 5 seconds. 2. Volume is a bit all over the place, the music mixes with your voice in several places and it's a bit hard to hear you. 3. Using TF2 music and then showing a CS map is a bit weird for me, also around 0:40ish the music starts playing over itself. 4. Try using a different font, generally you want to avoid using serif fonts for online content (sans serif is easier to read on a screen) 5. If you want to monetise these vids you could run into problems from using the Top Gear Theme I think you can really make an interesting series with this but you need to work on it a bit, you actually interviewed a mapper which means you've already put in more effort then 90% of Youtube videos. Keeping working on it and I'm sure the next video will be much better.

It sounds like you're playing the same track twice but with the second one on a several second delay. I'm not sure if it was a mistake but it definitely is very irritating.
