My favorite part in the whole game.

It's not what you think.
Lol. Clever.
looks doctored
I still don't get how an EMP destroys a space station, but doesn't kill anyone on the ground.
appearntly the nuke went off into the atmosphere and somehow if a nuke goes off in space it causes an emp?!

It wasn't a nuke, they fired an emp.
I want an explanation from a scientist.
It wasn't a nuke, they fired an emp.
um im PRETTY sure they called it a nuke in game maybe u should go replay contingency
[editline]10:18PM[/editline]
on second thought i will later cuz i have to beat it on veteran
[editline]10:19PM[/editline]
why the fuck would some random russians have an EMP loaded in a sub anyway
[editline]10:19PM[/editline]
russians are hardcore with nukes n shit
Nuclear Explosions also produce EMPs, not just big explosions.
The bit that doesn't make sense is the shockwave, the radiation might "burn" the station, but not destroy it with a shockwave.
But who cares, it's fucking awesome.
It was a nuke. A nuclear explosion would cause a burst of electromagnetic radiation. Electromagnetic bombs usually ARE nukes that are detonated hundreds of kilometers above the Earth's surface.
Ninja'd.

i was totally talking out of my ass too
Boom-de-ya-da! Boom-de-ya-da! Boom-de-ya-da!
lol you're funny :D
Also some people wonder how in the hell could a nuke explosion reach that space station, it's because there is no air resistance in space.

There isn't air, but there are particles, which the shockwave travels through.
It's a video game guys chill.
It's a video game guys chill.
It still bugs me! How the hell can the blast from the nuke come all the way to the spacestation? With that power it would keep on going and destroy the moon too!
It still bugs me! How the hell can the blast from the nuke come all the way to the spacestation? With that power it would keep on going and destroy the moon too!
it bugs me more that they actually believe a shockwave can travel through a vacuum
Hhahahahaha
Wait. Space is a vacuum. Shockwaves in the air are simply air particles moving rapidly. Space does not have air particles.
Godammit infinity ward!
I guess it's just a game, but still!

What are these mystical space particles?
What are these mystical space particles?
Space air!
Space air!
Dark matter!
That's my favorite part of the campaign too.

Then we woud have Shattered Horizon.
Then we woud have Shattered Horizon.
So, your saying the nuke carried miners?
OH MAN! MW2 IS SO BIG THEY COULDNT EVEN FIT IT ON ONE PLANEt!!!

Yeah! Fuck you dolphins! You'll be searching sea urchins 'n shit!
I love how you can see the lights go out on the ground. Cool.
