I thought this was mostly dismissed due to the rudimentary understanding of the eye at the time. We don't even see in "frames".
If they made this evidence public, where is it? If the broadcasts are 25fps with every 25th frame being subliminal messaging, it should be pretty fucking easy to show that frame.

That's the point. Their security agency just said about 25'th frame in Russian media. No proofs, no further explaining. Just a simple fact, that everyone should believe.
Also a great way to explain why they blocked every single Russian TV channel.
