No it's not. Countless occasions have I watched my friends search for something only to not find what they are looking for. They search it once, without quotes, and include unnecessary words. I tell them to use quotations and they deliberately ignore me. They are being inefficient on purpose. It's so frustrating. Don't even get me started on people who search things as a question.

I fucking hate people that refuse any and all advice and insist their method is perfect without any flaw whatsoever. I remember advising my younger brother to keep doing his homework in his algebra class to keep his grade from hitting the shitter whiles't he spoke to our mother and he said without even thinking obviously "He has no idea what he's talking about." It's almost like an obsession with proving other people wrong and it pisses me off to no end.
I feel bad for not using search quotes, although what do you guys mean by search quotes?
I never use search quotes and I almost always find what I'm looking for.
The only time i use quotation marks is if i'm looking for a quote.
