• I bought that CZ82

Some of you might remember my thread a while back about buying a CZ82, and alas, I finally have. I paid about $411 usd for the gun, two mags, a holster, and 100 rounds of ammo (which only cost me $40 for the 100 rounds of quality ammo). here's some artwork: as you can see, it is quite a real gun. it's very, very comfortable to hold, and it's quite heavy too. most double actions on pistols are rather hard and inconsistent when pulling, but on this it's ungodly smooth and easy. it's got a nice fixed barrel which makes it fairly accurate. i'm going to go break it in in a few days. it's truly a wonderful, wonderful gun. the sound it makes when you slam the slide forward is orgasmic. what's really nice is that it's a military designed weapon, which means it's completely ambidextrous and quite reliable. I've not once ever heard any problems with this gun. and before you call me stupid for getting a gun, I love guns, I wanted a gun, and I live in phoenix, arizona, which is rampant with crime.
You got me jealous now.
as you can see, it is quite a real gun.
Nice to see you didn't get ripped off with an Airsoft gun or something.
mmmm
Now don't you go shoot anybody with that, okay?
That's a sexy gun.

it does make you feel a greater sense of responsibility, i'm still trying to find the emotions that deal with "oh my god, I now have a gun."

I'm going to say there are some targets that will be cowering in fear soon
??
i'm sure it hasn't been fired in a while, so i'm going to put ~50 rounds through it and get a feel for it.
very nice! been wanting one myself.
please dont let anyone steal it.
why do you have the pistol cocked in the first picture? safety hazard maannnnn
cuz im a rebel also the safety on works when the hammer is down, for carry with it cocked. sorry forgetting to click it onnnn
very nice, is there a link to the original thread?
I bought a glock 22 the other day, and I am loving it, its a full size glock in .40 SW. I was carrying a Smith Compact 1911 (in .45, duh), and I used to keep one in the chamber, hammer down. If anything happened, which did a few times, pull back hammer, and fire away. But hey, that's just me.

That's a little pricey for a CZ82, but I suppose with 100 rounds it's not too bad. I'm a fan of .38 Special, what's this gun chambered in?
9x18 mak
sweeeeeeet
Nice gun.. I'm looking towards a Beretta M9 since that's what we're trained with but I've handled some other nice guns too.. I don't like light handguns. I suppose you'd agree since you stated that was also a heavy handgun. Although just don't let it get to your head and make you cocky.. use some discipline.
I want one..
break it IN.. not break it [editline]09:58PM[/editline] stay safe don't become a statistic
hes already a statistic by buying the gun. everybody is a statistic.
I like the way eastern European pistols look.
yeah, they're beautifully crafted blocks of metal. what's great is that this was designed for mass military production, and it still looks like a work of art.
