i was so utterly glad it wasn't the thousandth "haha pikachu talks in a deep voice and smokes and ash is stupid" parody that i'd honestly take anything. compared to that this is comedy genius
plus it looks real nice
there's some intricate symbolism at play between brock and the trash can that's simply too deep for me to understand

understandable, i focused way too much just on the style replication aspect of this one without really having a good story or punchline to begin with

thanks, i really try to avoid the basic newgrounds-tier humor/style that a lot of the popular youtube animators like to go for. it does limit me a lot and it means way less easy youtube clicks and money but it feels better in my heart

it might not have struck a chord with everyone but personally I loved it.
