Ghost is making the sound. And you've missed my point entirely. You say that because engineer is fake, the entire show is fake. So you're assuming that because one thing of something bigger is fake, the entire thing is fake. And that stupid.

You said it yourself, the noises are made by him. Then why do you still only "doubt" that his rage is fake when he has raged at said engineer on multiple occasions?
So, if the engineer is fake then the rage is fake because he's raged at an imaginary person and put sound effects in. So the only question remains is whether or not the calls are real, in either case the viewers are getting trolled and in the case the calls are real, the idiots phoning in are also getting trolled and he's making a shitload of money.
