• Are their excuses for being fat?

fat people. do you care about matabolism? because you are seriously unfit if.. 1: you cant do five pushups, and none of your body parts are broken, if they break under your weight your a disgusting slob and deserve it 2:you cant look straight down while naked and see your genitals 3: if your fat bounces noticably upon movement (fuck me for stating the obvious) 4: if you usualy land on your face attempting a handstand, or are scared to do a handstand (edit, i dont mean a propper handstand- half a second and landing on your feet is enough) 5 when you have to buy two seats for a plane none of this should be news to anyone, but seriously, how can people get fat? i once thought i had over an inch of fat on my stomach, so i did around 10 situps every day for around a week and i lost it all. its not hard. metabolisms can be raised by increasing your muscle to fat ratio, so jog on if you are going to say that (literally jog). i, as a male, have low standards for women. aslong as they arent a bitch, stupid as fuck or fat i am fine (id like a warped sense of humour, but that probably wont happen) nobody needs miracle diets or even to go to a gym, they just need to eat less shit and do a few pushupps/situps.
I'm not fat, but I can't do a handstand... Besides, I run four miles every other day, and I add a little more every time.
maybe it's in their genes? or just lazyness etc... Btw ironic how you have kfc in your avatar lol
Medical disorders. Anything else is your fault pretty much.
Thyroid problems.
The only reason you don't understand people who eat uncontrollably and are fat is because that problem isn't affecting you. It is probably very easy for a skinny person to say "hmm WHY ARE THERE FAT PPL?" just as it would be easy for Bill Gates to think "LOL WHY ARE THERE POOR PPL?!?!?"
I eat because I'm sad, and I'm sad because I eat. Imma go jog brb
I'm not fat, but I can't do a handstand...
nobody needs miracle diets or even to go to a gym, they just need to eat less shit and do a few pushupps/situps.
You don't magically lose weight from that, especially if you're obese. It's really hard to become skinny once you're obese.
you don't have to be fat to not do handstands. that's your whole BODY weight on your hands. crazy. oh, and breast are fat. if you have breast and you run, they move.
Do you think that fat mean 500+ pounds? because thats what those options are for.
It also could be very likely that it is their genes... I mean, think about it. Long long ago, back in the days of cavemen and such, you had to be able to absorb AS MUCH FOOD as possible, or you would run the risk of starving to death. So, everyone who COULDN'T absorb very much food back then, I.E. the skinny people, died of starvation. The ones that could live on the bare minimum of their food supplies survived and carried on their genes. Nowadays, food is easy to come by, so everyone with those inherited genes are fat. It is also interesting to think that those genes will never be weeded out, considering that you die of fat-related complications AFTER you conceive children, so your fat genes will always be passed on.
I believe it is a matter of priorities.
Doing a handstand isn't exactly a useful skill nor something people enjoy watching men do. That really falls beneath how capable someone is of gymnastics. But like someone said above; people are fat and will be, get used to it, if you can't then you're the one with the problem, not them.
Some meds are an excuse for fatness.
Eh there's a point where medical problems stop and sheer laziness begins, i've seen this one guy who had a "glandular problem" of some sort, but he exercised enough to keep himself around 210 pounds, he was oh, 5'7, so he wasn't the fattest person. So i'm pretty sure there aren't many excuses.
Do you think that fat mean 500+ pounds? because thats what those options are for.
i think the big show is quite fit

For some people, like me, I can eat all day, and not get fat, but I know a few who get fat easily.
Also, I had meds, then I started sporting. Now I'm not fat anymore.
Im fat, and none of those things ( maybe number 3 slightly) apply to me. I eat well and exercise though.

I think there are more important problems to be focusing on in society other than weight. I'm honestly getting sick of this obsession with the goal of becoming "beautiful".
1: you cant do five pushups, and none of your body parts are broken, if they break under your weight your a disgusting slob and deserve it
I can't do any push ups, I have really weak arms and I collapse under my own weight if I try. I'm not fat.
I'm fat, deal w/it. No, the only reason I'm fat is years of being socially recluse due to severe bullying and developing a sweet tooth after that period. Due to how little I moved when I was growing up my ankles have developed a lot of problems too, I can't walk for more than 5-10 minutes without them being in agony which stops me from doing any real cardio excercise. I'm on a diet though, losing the weight slowly. I can still do around 20-30 push ups without stopping though so.. Meh. I've quite a bit of upper arm strength and most of my weight is carried in my legs and thighs (again, due to how little I've moved.) The thing is, I've never eaten that much. I've always kept to 2-3 meals a day with very little-no snacking in between meals, it's just the large quantities of Soda and sweets I've consumed I 'reckon. January last year I was drinking around 5 cans of Soda a day, I don't drink any non-diet sodas lately though.

Also, you have no clue about obesity and how it affects people. How old are you exactly? 14? Feeling good about your 90 pound body? Feeling special when you step on the scale and find out you lost another 10 pounds?
I can't do any push ups, I have really weak arms and I collapse under my own weight if I try. I'm not fat.
i can do the clapping ones and once when i was conditioned enough (i cant do it anymore) i could do 60 proper push ups in 60 seconds @ frieghter- im 15, and 10 and a half stone,of a healthy build. i play rugby (not well). i am also a martial art nutter- because martial arts are awesome. besides that thyroid thing that semes legit i dont see any excuse for obesity

My calves used to ache like hell even from walking for 5 minutes on level ground, but once I started doing more exercise, the pain stopped. It might just be that your calves are underdeveloped from not doing much cardio. Try very short walks, and gradually increase the length of them, maybe that might stop the pain.
Aye it's a muscle pain, it's a real problem too because I'll be going to University later this year and.. Well, I'll only have one method of transport then. I'm going to start taking a walk 'round the block every day to build up their strength.

He does have a point. A decent percentage of the population of this country is lazy and stupid. I just think the stupid part is more important than the lazy one, and the one no one ever focuses on.
Whats been wondering me for ages is can an obese/fat person jump?
