The source adds, "Justin puts on a brave front for the cameras, but he's still weak, and doctors insist that he rest more ... or else he risks another collapse. But he can't -- or won't -- because he doesn't want to disappoint his mom, his manager or his fans."

His manager will likely disagree. I'm sure if it was up to him he'd just be sleeping, this happens to people on tour all the time. Too much travelling and doing shows, not enough time to sleep.
