Family Guy: Back to the Multiverse Coming to a PS3/360 Near You!
A game called Family Guy: Back to the Multiverse is slated to launch on September 25 for the PS3 and 360, at least according to Amazon listings that turned up earlier today.
Activision is listed as being involved in some capacity, but beyond that and the platform and the release date, no other information is available. We've reached out to Activision for comment and will update with anything we're able to dig up. For now, let's just imagine the possibilities, and hope things turn out better this time.
Oh boy.
It's quite simple, if you don't like it, don't buy it.
Who said I didn't like it?
I think a multiversal game could be quite interesting. I wonder what exploring the Robot Chicken universe will be like.
-snipple-
Family guy and Activision.
Oh boy...
Did they seriously steal multiverse from Portal 2's Perpetual Testing Initiative
Yeah, because Valve came up with the term "multiverse" just for that video right?

It's a theory that says our universe is connected simultaneously with an infinite amount of others.

NO YOU DIDN'T JUST EDIT THAT
Did they seriously steal multiverse from Portal 2's Perpetual Testing Initiative
Because portal 2 invented multiverses, right?

Bitch please, I was editing it before you posted.
This reminds me of that time I read about that other Family Game while riding backwards on a unicycle
What if, Valve did create the multiverse theory, and then gave the theory to some major scientist/physicist

Third universe on the left of the base universe
The thought of yet another Family Guy game was enough to make me cringe, but the fact that Activision is involved? This ain't gonna be good.
Well, while the show really hasn't been all that good for the past few seasons, I do have to admit that "Road to the Multiverse" was one of the best episodes of the show, ever. Thing about a Family Guy game is that, even if they absolutely nail the writing and make a funny game, I just don't see the gameplay working out.
Then again, "Simpsons Hit and Run" sounds like it would crash and burn but that game was fantastic.

Except that the multiverse theory has existed longer than valve has been a company.

Yeah right.
People here will grab duct tape, a copy of this and MW3 and either burn it in hellfire or sell it for 200$ as "The "best" game pack ever"

Is that what it's supposed to be about? I was envisioning some game where you go to all the different worlds( plus new ones I'm sure) that Stewie and Brian went through in that one episode where they're forced to go through multiple universes in order to find their own.

But Facepunch users can't handle that logic, we are too ignorant and biased to have respect in other peoples' opinions!
